Mini Olympic Tour
The tour includes a presentation at the Olympic Park Viewing Gallery; towering 22 storeys above the Olympic park it offers visitors spectacular panoramic views of the Olympic venues. The presentation will be followed by a coach tour to the Greenway for a close up of the Olympic Stadium. There visitors will be given a short presentation on the Olympic Stadium (20 mins) and have the opportunity to disembark (5 mins) to take close up photos.
Having boarded the coach the group will be driven through Stratford towards Canning Town and go to the ExCel another Olympic venue "the jewel in the crown" when the International Olympic Committee visited London and were presented the London 2012 bid. Visitors will be invited to stand on the Royal Victoria Footbridge for a talk about developments around the area such as the ExCel, London City Airport, The Cable Car and the Siemens Eco Exhibition Centre.
Visitors can either end their visit at ExCel or at Stratford Station if the coach has been hired by LB Newham. Should they be using their own coach, they can depart from ExCel to their destination.
